Fortune Cookie Wisdom Number One

Fortune Cookie: (noun) A thin folded wafer containing a prediction or truth printed on a slip of paper. Often served as a dessert in Chinese restaurants.

Fortune Cookie Saying: Soon, a visitor shall delight you.

Thoughts on the Saying: I got this fortune the day before my Joan Rivers event. She was a very special visitor who brought a lot of delight to my day. I'm convinced Joan Rivers is why this fortune cookie found its way into my bag of Chinese takeout.

Fortune Cookie Rating:

_____I'm consulting a Tarot Card reader and a Psychic Friends Network operator to reverse this fortune.

_____I'm on my way to a crystal ball fortune teller and then to the Wizard of Oz to make sure this fortune becomes true.

__X___The planets have aligned and the tea leaves have spoken. This fortune is correct!

That fortune cookie is ten times better than the one I received last week. Last Thursday, I had a fortune that said, "Tomorrow will be a productive day. Don't oversleep." Who wants to hear that Friday will be productive? It's like a parent took the form of fortune cookie! I like yours better.
