Thanksgiving Week: Rachael and Paula

My Thanksgiving week with celebrity chefs and homemakers continues. Paula Deen and Rachael Ray arrived to start their work. They did get into a bit of trouble, but Martha Stewart got them back on track!

"Paula, do you think it's okay that we're taking a break so soon?"

"Course, Rachael. We all know you can make those 30 minute meals. Don't you worry none!"

"Ladies, it is NOT a good thing to be on break already!"

Nervous laughter filled the kitchen. Paula and Rachael jumped up and got back to work!

"Rachael, just smile and work. Smile and work."

"Smile and work, Paula. Smile and work."

I was going to say double trouble -- but it's definitely triple trouble! Bring on the butter!

Ya gotta give Martha credit.... she took a beating and came out with whipped cream on top. Not bad.

OMG! I have to check my local listings for Paula and Rachel. I'm really getting into all things crafty and cooking/baking this year. Now, if it would snow already, I'd be happier than a pig in shhi...snow.

Yesterday, I brought the bedroom comforter and goose down pillows into the living room and snuggled with the dogs on the couch, and watched old movies.

So tempted to break out the holiday movies, but it's just a bit too early for that.

Paula Deen's corn casserole recipe is a staple at our Thanksgiving dinner. Rachel Ray annoys me with all her over-done gestures and fake laugh.
