Favorite Quote: On Cultural Phenomenon

Quote:
It's hard to make a cultural phenomenon every time.

Who Said It:
John Travolta

My Thoughts:
I'd have to agree with you, John. Battlefiend Earth was no Grease.

I don't know which movie was worse, Battlefield Earth or the Punisher. Unfortunately for me I saw them both. Guess that answers Bram's question.

That{s why Travolta should try to be an actor and not a cultural phenomenonator.
Oh, and come out of the closet, too.

It may be hard to create a cultural phenomenon every time, but it sure is simple to create a piece of junk whenever you need to!

HAHA!

I wish I could take the memories of watching Battlefield Earth out of my mind. Absolutely painful to watch.

I have always like John Travolta. From Welcome Back Kotter to his newest movie out soon. Battlefield Earth was one of his 'what the hell were you thinking?!?' movies.

I remember seeing Grease at the cinema, with a hoard of teenage girls, wet in their seats.

It's such a shame he bloated.

I so agree. I love my disco king and have enjoyed most of the movies he's been in. But Battlefield Earth was just bad!
