Alison Arngrim, comic and Little House on the Prairie star recently made a book signing appearance at the Mall of America. People love to hate Alison for her portrayal of Nellie Oleson on the classic TV series. She's written the fantastic book Confessions of a Prairie Bitch (How I Survived Nellie Oleson and Learned to Love being Hated).
I had to miss the signing but my friends Laura and Deb were able to go. They purchased a book for me and Laura asked how I wanted it inscribed.
I wanted something fun so I decided that if Alison Arngrim is the "Prairie Bitch," then I must be the "City Bitch."
I'm told Alison loved my idea and busted out laughing. She happily signed the book: To Mike, the city bitch, from the prairie bitch!

OMG! nOW THAT IS FUNNY! It's funny. Anout four or five years ago, I run into Alison at a gay club in PA. She was a complete balst to meet and very entertaining. She was very funny with a catty edge to it! I loved meeting her. And I've been called a bed bitch, because.....well I tell you sometime ;)
