Such pipes, such presence, and what a great stage presence and interaction with the audience. Would love to see her again!
Oh, she is the BEST! I saw her at Chastain Ampitheatre here in Atlanta a couple years ago. It was hot, humid and sticky outside, but Ms. LaBelle TURNED THAT MUTHA OUT!!
Kicked off her pumps and dang near sweated through her dress. A true, true performer and professional.
I think my most favorite song of her is "If You Ask Me Too" from her album Be Yourself. (Before Celine Dion re-did it. What was Celine thinking she could top that?)

Must have been a blast to see her live. She has so much energy in her recored music, I can't imagine what it must feel like to be right there with her.
