Michael Rivers Celebrity Look-alikes

Myheritage.com offers this Celebrity Collage as just one of their services.

This face recognition technology discovers which celebrities you look like--for free!

My Matches:

Tony Danza: Sure, I can see that. But I think I look more like the Taxi or Who's the Boss? Danza, than the photo they have here.

David Beckham: I have NO trouble being told I look like him!!

Carlos Bernard: I've never watched 24 so I had to google him. There might be some resemblance. Not sure about this one.

Michael Bergin: Again, no trouble being told I look like the Baywatch star and Calvin Klein model!

Neve Campbell: My first reaction was, Neve Campbell?!?! But then I realized that I could probably pass as her brother.

Give it a try!

Legends I've Seen: Celine Dion

Legend:
Celine Dion

Number of Concerts I've Attended:
One in Las Vegas. The Colosseum at Caesars Palace cost $95 million to build for Dion’s show. Her contract was for $100 million (not bad for five years work).

The show grossed over $400 million, was seen by nearly 3 million fans and Dion performed it 717 times. It was recently announced that she’s going back for 3 more years (and probably another $100 million).

Iconic Moment:
Celine singing My Heart Will Go On (Theme from Titanic).

Working the Aegis Red Carpet

Working the Oscar red carpet with Lori and Julia was great. We had a wonderful time welcoming the 350 guests to the Aegis Foundation's officially sanctioned Oscar party.

It was great to see everyone get in the spirit of the evening and enjoy their walk down the red carpet!

Michael Rivers in his Oscar Tux

Co-hosting the red carpet for the Aegis Foundation's Oscar Event meant getting a tux. I knew that talk show hosts Lori & Julia would look great so I had to compete.

Cuff links in and the sleeves pulled out to the correct length.

Bow tie on, vest snapped, coat buttoned.

Oscars and Aegis Foundation Pre-Show Glimpse

The Aegis Foundation's Oscar Event was a success. I wanted to share a few pictures I snapped before getting into my tux.

The entrance to the gorgeous Hotel Ivy in downtown Minneapolis was Oscar and red carpet ready (above).

Inside the lobby, the red carpet continued and met the sponsor backdrop. It was quiet now, but hundreds of guests would arrive in a few hours.

Tables filled with silent auction items lined all available walls. Just a few examples are below.

Even Tiffany & Co. joined the excitement of the Oscars.

The candy buffet became everyone's best friend by the end of the night.
